National Forum of Women with Disabilities has organized this workshop in collaboration with Government, UNESCO and CHEF International which was attended by 40 women with disabilities from Lahore, Multan, Karachi, Sibi, Noshehra, Peshawer, Abbotabad, Mansehra, Muzzafarabad, Bagh, Rawalpindi and Islamabad.

This workshop provided the opportunity to women with disabilities to discuss and came up with their own action plan to contribute in the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with disabilities. They themselves identified decision-making structures in their own community and how such group’s decisions relate to other aspects of the community’s life.
