Special persons took out a rally here on Wednesday in connection with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The rally started from DCO Office and ended at Shahbaz Chowk. Students of Government Special Education School were also among the participants. In Rahim Yar Khan, a wheelchair race among disabled persons was organised to observe the day. District Sports Office Aser Pakistan, Idara Taleem-o-Aaghi, School for Special Persons, Anjuman Tajran Railway Road, Rotary Club Rohi, Hadi-e-Alam Welfare Society and Sheikh Zayed Medical College Hospital organized the event. The race started from City Bridge on Shahi Road and concluded at GPO Chowk. Forty special persons participated in the contest.
