Special Talent Exchange Program (STEP) is implementing a project of “Enabling Women with Disabilities for Decent Inclusive Employment through Vocation Training and Women’s Human Rights” under Gender Equity Program (GEP) of Aurat Foundation (AF) by the support of American people through United States Agency of International Development (USAID) in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi . The aim of this training program is to improve the required skills of WWDs based in order to increase the chance of employ-ability as well as to empower them to start small business.
